Overview
Mayadin Al-Futuhat is an Arabic-first productivity and personal development application that turns life planning into a structured, measurable journey for individuals and whole families. Built on the Al-Mawazin Al-Qist methodology, it organises life into seven balanced domains — spiritual, learning and thought, career, financial, family and social, health and wellness, and personal and leisure — then layers objectives, goals and daily tasks on top of them, with evaluation, points, levels, achievements, and detailed individual and family reporting. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play.
The Challenge
Personal development frameworks usually stay on paper: a family adopts a methodology, then loses it across notebooks, chat groups and calendars. Mayadin Al-Futuhat had to carry an entire structured methodology — seven life domains, a multi-level goal hierarchy, a scoring system, and shared family participation — inside a mobile application that stays approachable enough for a teenager and a parent to use side by side, entirely in Arabic with right-to-left layout throughout.
Our Solution
AWAcyber designed and built the application for iOS and Android around the methodology's own structure. Life is divided into seven colour-coded domains carried consistently across every screen, so a domain reads the same in goals, evaluation, achievements and reports. Planning descends from life domains to objectives, goals, tasks and skills, while the home dashboard surfaces points, level, active and completed tasks, a daily inspiration card and quick task capture. An evaluation module scores performance per domain and feeds a reporting section with individual, family and roadmap views, a performance indicator chart, and export to Excel and PDF. Families are treated as first-class: a household is created in the app and members join by family code or QR scan, with achievements, rewards and honours tracked on a balanced achievement board and an achievement tree. Sign-in works by email one-time code or family code, and permissions are requested in context — notifications for daily task reminders, camera for scanning family QR codes.
