Overview
A Google Ads search programme for Al Butul Al Rrayida, a cleaning company serving homes, villas, offices, restaurants and commercial buildings across Muscat. Cleaning is a high-intent search category — people look for a provider at the moment they need one — so the account was built to capture Arabic-language demand at the point of search and convert it into a direct enquiry. Running on a $20 daily budget, the campaign has recorded 498 conversions from 19.9K clicks and 172K impressions across the reporting period. Just as importantly, it holds the strongest position in a crowded auction: the account leads its competitive set on impression share at 40.94% and on absolute top-of-page rate at 46.16%, ahead of four rival advertisers bidding on the same terms.
The Challenge
Cleaning services are one of the most contested categories in local paid search. Four other advertisers, including regional marketplaces competing across many categories at once, bid for the same queries, and the results page rewards whoever holds the top slot consistently. On a $20 daily budget there is no way to win that position by outspending anyone. The account had to earn its placement through relevance instead: Arabic ad copy matched tightly to how customers in Muscat actually search, a landing experience that answers the query directly, and bidding disciplined enough that a modest daily cap still buys a leading share of the auction.
Our Solution
AWAcyber built the account as an Arabic-first search campaign targeting service-and-city queries that signal real intent — searches such as شركة تنظيف — with ad copy mirroring the query and the offer in one line: تنظيف منازل في مسقط - تنظيف باحترافية وأسعار تنافسية. The ad was extended with sitelinks routing each service to its own page, alongside a WhatsApp contact link and a click-to-call extension, so a searcher on a phone reaches the company without a second step. Conversion tracking was configured so that enquiries, not clicks, measured success. Auction Insights served as the continuous competitive check: the account holds 40.94% impression share and an 81.08% top-of-page rate, and appears in the absolute top position 46.16% of the time — the highest of the five advertisers in the auction — while the most recent two-week snapshot shows its share climbing to 53% with no new competitors entering or exiting.
