Overview

A Meta Ads sales campaign for Azizi Woodshop, selling a single handcrafted product — a wooden Quran stand — direct to customers online. The brief was unusually precise: the workshop needed each sale to cost less than $10 in ad spend for the product to stay worth making and shipping, and it needed that on a $10.00 daily budget. AWAcyber built the campaign around Meta's sales objective optimising for website purchases, with Instagram-feed creative that led on the craftsmanship itself — the beech-wood construction, the carved detail, and the two colourways the workshop offers. The campaign delivered 125 attributed website purchases at $7.51 each on $938.20 of spend, comfortably inside the client's ceiling, from 403,808 impressions reaching 129,461 people at a 3.12 frequency. At the stand's $65 selling price those sales represent $8,125 in attributed revenue — a return of 8.66× on ad spend, with advertising absorbing 11.5% of each sale.

The Challenge

Selling one handmade object online is a narrow business to advertise. There is no catalogue to cross-sell into, no repeat-purchase cycle to lean on, and no margin to absorb an expensive customer: above roughly $10 of acquisition cost, the product stops being worth producing. That put a hard ceiling on the campaign before a single ad ran. The $10.00 daily budget compounded it — there was very little room to learn, since a handful of expensive days would consume a meaningful share of total spend. The campaign had to find buyers for a considered, culturally specific purchase both efficiently and almost immediately.

Our Solution

AWAcyber ran the campaign on Meta's sales objective, optimising directly for website purchases rather than for clicks or add-to-carts, so the delivery system was trained on the only event that mattered commercially. Attribution was set to 7-day click, 1-day view across all conversions — enough signal for the model to learn on a small budget without over-crediting. Creative was produced as Instagram-feed variants that each led with one concrete selling point instead of a generic offer: one showing both colourways under «متوفر بلونين أنيقين» with a Learn more call to action, another leading on material with «مصنوع من خشب الزان» and a Shop now call to action, letting the same product be put in front of different buying motivations. The campaign settled at 125 purchases at $7.51 — 24.9% under the client's ceiling — with a 3.12 frequency showing the buying audience was worked repeatedly rather than endlessly widened. On the workshop's $65 unit price that held advertising to 11.5% of revenue, leaving the product comfortably worth producing.
