Overview

A Google Ads search programme for Fan Al Emarat, a cultural arts organisation in the UAE, built to capture demand at the point of search and turn it into direct enquiries. Running on a $30 daily budget, the campaign has served 1.39M impressions and driven 35.6K clicks across the reporting period, at a reported cost per conversion of dh46.57. Search is a thin auction in this category — only one other advertiser competes on the same terms in the full-period report — which makes holding the top slot both achievable and essential: the account leads on impression share and appears in the absolute top position 43.80% of the time, ahead of its rival.

The Challenge

Cultural arts is a category where demand exists but is not constantly in-market: people search for it around specific occasions, events and commissions rather than continuously. That makes each qualified enquiry disproportionately valuable and wasted spend disproportionately costly, because the volume simply isn't there to average out mistakes. On a $30 daily budget the campaign had to stay present for a relatively narrow set of high-intent queries over a long period, holding the top of the page whenever those searches actually happened, rather than buying broad, cheap traffic that would never convert.

Our Solution

AWAcyber built the account as a search campaign focused on holding position for the queries that matter rather than maximising reach. With a small competitive field, the strategy was to secure and defend the top of the results page: the account carries a 43.80% absolute top-of-page rate over the full period, ahead of the only other advertiser in the auction, and its 25.23% impression share in the most recent two-week window is close to double its nearest competitor's. Conversion tracking was configured so that enquiries, not clicks, measured performance, giving a reported cost per conversion of dh46.57. Auction Insights is monitored as an early-warning system rather than a scoreboard — the latest window shows a new competitor entering with rising share and outranking rate while the account's own share eased back, which is precisely the signal that determines where bids and budget move next.
